Who would win in a fight to the death between Optimus Prime and The Incredible Hulk?

Who would win in a fight to the death between Marvel comic book character The Incredible Hulk or Transformers Autobot Optimus Prime?
I beleive that Optimus would win in that fight. Whoever gets the most votes by Dec. 31, 07 wins and will win VincentRat’s stop-motion picture on Youtube called Hulk vs. Optimus or Optimus vs. Hulk. It’s always the first person named who wins for some reason and I don’t know why.
