how to create voice same like Optimus Prime voice in Transformers?

i want to create voice that sound like Optimus Prime voice. Does anybody know how to do it?
forgot to tell, that i need some software or program that can convert from normal voice to Optimus Prime voice.. is there any program to do so?

    well you can take a cup and put it over your mouth, then talk in your lowest voice.Or you can buy the voice changer.
